More Haste

You will participate in a game of tag.
The game's main goal is survival and you can achieve it by avoiding getting tagged.
There are three types of characters in the game:
<Green>
Being green means that you are not tagged, you are slower than red and should avoid all forms of contact with it.

<Red>
Being red means that you are tagged, your job is to catch green as fast as possible while avoiding contact with blue. You are faster than green and can teleport, but the blues will chase you. Being eventually caught is inevitable.

<Blue>
There are two blue characters who will chase the red. One builds up speed over time and the other drifts. The key to avoiding them is moving in circles and teleporting away when they get too close. Once they catch red the game ends and green becomes the victor.
